Hello, I have a problem, well, when I want to install optifine on version 1.13.2, and how it installs, it pops up to me that optifine was installed correctly, but it does not show up in the minecraft versions. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Do you still have this problem?

Just to clarify, by "the minecraft versions" do you mean the list that appears when you click the green button at the bottom of the launcher...

...or the drop-down list that appears in launch options?

I didn't ask a yes-no question. Is it the list in the first or second image?

And I do not have it there and there

Have you tried deleting the OptiFine_1.13.2_HD_U_E4 folder and install OptiFine again?

I mean, when I tried to install optifine, even in this folder I did not show up, I had to unpack the file in winrar and then I moved it to this version and then nothing

i have the same problem, the installer confirms it has been installed correctly, but in the version list (when creating a new proofile) optifine 1.13.2 does not appear ( second pictutre posted by regnader).
i use windows 7, java is updated, I tried also on a fresh minecraft installation too with no success.
i noticed something that may help troubleshoot the problem: if i explore/browse the folders using the [...] button on the installer, in the "version" folder i can see the optifine 1.13.2 folder, alongside the normal 1.13.2 folder, but using the normal windows explorer or the minecraft launcher folder explorer ( when setting the installation folder ie) the optifine folder does not appear ( yes hidden folders are set to visible)

Same thing has happened to me for 1.14.2 and 1.14.3. I fixed it by deleting my old version of optifine so the 1.14.2 and deleting my new version, the 1.14.3 and then reinstalled the new version. I'm not good at computer stuff but I think having an old and new version might be a problem. But try deleting it and reinstalling it.
