higher fps limit cap

it would be nice to have a higher fps limit without using VSync or unlimited because there is more 240hz/360hz/480hz/540hz monitor these day, and in the future it rely possible that will be mush higher so it will be nice to get higher than cap 255fps max but more of a cap 1000fps or maybe 700fps
