password lock doesn't work on new notes #484

Describe the bug

locking a new note before saving it doesn't insert its content on the database

how To Reproduce

write a new note
apply the password lock
verify that the note is empty in the list view

instead, it should save the note and then lock it

app version: 7.1.3 , 7.1.4, 7.1.5
