python package and script for management of ads metadata

dev setup - vagrant (virtualbox)

This is the easiest option. It will create a virtual machine and run the application. No hassles. the adsdata directory is synced to /vagrant/ on the guest.

1. vagrant up
2. vagrant ssh
3. cd /vagrant
