completing missions needs to work differently

Currently "completing" a mission happens on the first day after it is over when someone requests the mission page. There is no offline process to make this happen, otherwise. Is this ok?

When a mission is done, we should store a record of what mission and the dates when it happened &c so we can reconstruct how the team performed on that mission.
