As a reminder - waiting on clarification from the team on what value to use for the instrument pressure in the calculation of the refraction index for the NIRSPEC prism.

It has been confirmed now that Pref=Ps and the new CV3 reference file will have the correct value of 0.

Although confirmed CV3 data is not used yet/ I'll keep this open as a reminder in build 7.1.
