Deprecated or completely changed packages

It looks like the grib-api is no longer used, and it was replaced:

The larger issue is that the install links don't seem to work anymore.

Similarly, connect proxy (previously on GitLab now is 404, and the one with the most starts on GitHub is https://github.com/larryhou/connect-proxy. But I can't tell if this is exactly the same, or the same maintainer (note there are no releases).

And Parmgridgen for the homepage (and old personal site) is totally gone.

pyaenum is from pypi, and it looks to have switched from Bitbucket to GitHub.

I'll be opening a PR shortly that has fixes for packages, and these can be further discussed.

Just adding another note - I was unable to fix/update connect-proxy: https://github.com/spack/spack/runs/3366403557?check_suite_focus=true. We likely need to discuss how to redo/update or remove the package (if there is no stable source code).
