Bulk closing of old issues

In the next day or two (hopefully) I plan to do a quick sweep and bulk close a lot of the old issues either because an issue

• has been resolved already
• is purely a support Q/A discussion
• no longer has relevance
• may need more information
• not actionable or unlikely to be addressed (even if it's a good idea)

etc..
