What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to build a package for Arch Linux in clean chroot
2. http://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/i686/wbar/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of getting a build package ready to install, compiling ends with 
following error:
