Incorrect data-dfn-for values in CSS Values 4

Latest Editor's Draft of CSS Values 4 has weird data-dfn-for (and ID) attributes whose values start with <fake-production-placeholder ..., for instance:

I haven't investigated but that seems to be generated by Bikeshed.

This is being caused by Bikeshed, yes, but it's also a markup error. (I'm right this moment working on parsing changes that will incidentally fix this, but the value would still be wrong.) I'll fix, one sec.
