Link popups disappear when hovering a contained link

1. Hover a link.
2. Drag your mouse into the link popup. Note that it stays up indefinitely.
3. Drag into a link in the link popup. It immediately dismisses the popup.

I presume the listener on body that looks for link hovers and dismisses existing popups (so it can open the new one) just needs to be tweaked to ignore hovers on links inside of a popup.
