Part of the design process is making sure clients/stakeholders are on board with the team's designs and to make sure it gets approved and shipped — but what can we do when this bureaucracy ends up taking the majority of our time at work?
How much should a designer fight working for products/clients where it takes an uphill battle to get things shipped -vs- leaving and going somewhere with more mature processes, where they'll probably get more design done for the portfolio?
