Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For testing, debugging and conversion purposes it sometimes becomes useful to temporary all custom field labels and make specify use database field names instead.

Describe the solution you'd like
A switch in the user preferences or a special "developers" menu with a toggle switch
