Add the ability to switch worlds along with the username

Currently if you have multiple accounts you can run into the inconvenient problem where the default world chosen on runelite is not suitable for all accounts.
It would be nice to have an extra field where you could specify the desired world on every account separately. When clicking on an account in the side panel, the world switches as well. This would be very helpful if you have f2p as well as members accounts, or for example if you have a high total level main and wish to play in total level worlds when logging in, but not on the other accounts.
