Add configurable checklist for confirming setups #73

Original idea is from rtainjapan-layout by Hoishin.

Add checklist panel in main workspace. It has specifications below:

Config Disable/Enable
Customize items in bundle configuration file
Auto unchecking all items on reset timer
Force checking all items before start timer, this should be able to disable in bundle configuration file

This should be useful to avoid accidents and errors in event.
