The second challenge places us on a large boat near a dock, with vehicles on it. Unfortunately, boats very commonly travel internationally, so things such as language/flags on the boat may not give us interesting information. The land appears to have some unusual architecture, so I decided to screencap this region and see what a google image search can give me.
Very quickly I find a very similar capture, labeling it Napoleon's Elba Hideaway. The article notes that this location is in Portoferraio, Italy.
Once again, the pointing at the dock itself is not specific enough. After a bit more trial and error, I find the exact location:
