"Cannot read xpub from device" adding wallet from ledger nano s

Hi,

I'm using electrum 2.9.3 on macOS sierra with a ledger nano s.

I can't import my wallet, after selecting the wallet derivation "Cannot read xpub from device" error appears.

Same problem. Electrum 3.0.0 / macOS Sierra

Update the Nano to firmware 1.3.1 and the Bitcoin app to 1.1.10 and try again. Might just be old versions on the Nano S that don't play well with Electrum.
