-graphics-single-adapter not working for Nostalgia #19

... and probably beatstream too.

If you have:

multiple monitors, AND
you use -graphics-single-adapter

the game can boot to white screen, and eventually exit / crash.

Workaround is to disconnect all monitors except the primary.
