What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in your object tag where the flex swf is binded. add wmode = transparent 
2. and try run the application. mouse wheel is not working
3.



What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
   window os. i tried ie8, mozila firefor and google chrome

Please provide any additional information below.
