Item in db that can't be seen

I have one db where I have somehow managed to create a "ghost" parameter value. The value is in the db but I haven't found a way to get it to show up in the db editor. Not exactly sure how to reproduce, tried pasting a parameter value into the db editor and an error occurred. Then tried committing, deleting and modifying the pasted line. After closing the db the value never showed up again.

This leads to errors like

because the user has no knowledge of these items actually existing in the db when trying to add the missing items back and furthermore no way of modifying/deleting them.

Purging the db seems to get rid of these "ghost" items.

It shouldn't be possible to create these types of problems anymore after the commit spine-tools/Spine-Database-API@7fa4b1e.
