Locale not support for VI ( VietNam)

Current this library parse content
from " BỆNH VIỆN PHỤ SẢN QUỐC TẾ SÀI GÒN "
to " B?NH VI?N PH? S?N QU?C T? SÀI GÒN".

Could you give a advice to relsove it ?

Try change not a Locale but Font
for example, $html2pdf->pdf->setFont(''freeserif)
