Currently, source mapping is being rewritten for instanbul to support source maps (therefore typescript) See gotwarlost/istanbul#212

Task is to switch back to using the core package once the branch/fork is back into a stable release.

This should also apply to the karma coverage branch "karma-coverage": "gotwarlost/karma-coverage.git#source-lookup",
