NSAccessibilityException after click on File

Good day,

If I launch your app and click on File menu, it shows a window saying:

Whoops! Sprout seems to have hit a speedbump. An unexpected error occured.
NSAccessibilityException

"AXParent" attribute unsupported by: <NSApplication: 0x400136f20>

Sprout may become unstable. A Back trace has been printed to Console.

Ignore Error / Quit Sprout / Relaunch

I opened a Console and found this:
