Alternative way to "Switch Branches" #9

You can currently switch branches via:

  • Repository > Checkout Branch
  • Cmd-Shift-B
  • Source List Gear > Checkout Branch

However, this can become tedious if you switch branches a lot. There should be a faster/one-click way to check out branches.

Possible resolutions/suggestions:

  • Right-click context menu in the Source List allowing you to check out/branch or tag
  • "Checkout Branch" Toolbar item with drop down context menu to select the branch

Feel free to voice opinions...

Maybe a little down arrow by the name of the current branch your on in the sidebar, then when you click it, it pulls up a list of branches that you can switch to.
