SubWiji (and maybe other clients) tests the server by sending a ping request without any credentials.
Since supysonic requires credentials, it prevents the use of that particular client.

SubWiji actually sends credentials with ping but as HTTP authentication, not as a part of the URL.
Works when using main.py.

That was an Apache configuration problem.
