Georefencing by lat/lon using string columns page get stuck

Context

Creating a map from an excel file with lat/long columns

Steps to Reproduce

Please break down here below all the needed steps to reproduce the issue

1. Uploading a xls file with lat/long columns that were loaded as string.
   sin-cabecera-listado-longitud-latitud-municipios-espana.xls.zip
2. Create a map with that file
3. Geolocate by lat/lon

Current Result

Neverending roulette

Expected result

Points geolocated properly as it happens when lat/lon columns are numeric.
