Memory layouts for 44.XX versions of DF

Need new layouts for new versions of DF :-)

They'll be available eventually. At this point we don't necessarily know if DT requires changes to be compatible with 0.44. This is the case for most major releases.

Quietust posted an untested layout in the official forums. Also check the last message in that thread, it appears there is an address missing.
