- [1] Who are you, and where are you from?

I always have worked in software engineering for my entire 12 years career, and my commitment to critical thinking and attention to deep problems have gotten me to where I am today. I took my own time to study and mastered it quickly. I graduated with a master degree in information technology in 2021. During my work on DevOps and web development, until 2020 as you can see from my works on the archive section of my personal website I attend the cryptocurrency and Blockchain dev. my nationality is in the middle/ east, and because of the pressure of social and economical, I insist move to a new country(visa job offer) because I need more good news for a happy life and work. I think lifestyle and your belief directly impact on your performance.

- [2] What are you working on?

I am a technical-oriented and at the first, I always do research and then try to model and summarized finally I prefer to code by Rust-Lang. my goal is to work on the substrate and Polkadot ecosystem because of the use of Rust and my interest in the Blockchain.

- [3] Why is their sponsorship important? How will you use the funds?

I need it vitally and my life depends on it my situation is very different from the normal life of most people so I need to work harder and the patient for some years. most of my time was taking learning new things that learned the hard way over the years.

- [4] Are you willing to relocate?

I would love to continue my career anywhere, but this position is a great opportunity for my career And if relocating is a part of that, I would definitely consider it.

- [5] how you dealing with problems?

I'm good at dealing with problems.
It's important to anticipate a problem and fix it before it becomes a real problem .
It is important to view problems from different perspectives.

- [6] Do you have any aiming?

Aiming keeps me focused and forces me to growth by trying to reach high goals I have set for myself.
So I don't miss wonderful opportunity because I aim is too high.
Executing a plan has always come easy for me as well.
I decided to put more emphasis on priority and planning.
My short term goal is to find a position where I can use the knowledge and strengths that I have.
My long term goal is to become skilled in all aspects of developing to get more experience.
Contributing to a company where I'll become a valuable asset.

I'm usually good at resolving a problem so I believe when I handle the best practices and related them to work it will be profitable for the company! So, for contribute to the company I will improve your work and services.
As an engineer, I strive to approach problems in new and creative ways, which is why I think I would be an asset to this team."

At the first is problem-solving ability that I’ve used to improve team performance,
In-depth knowledge of information technology,
And previous experience in variety programming languages.
and your success will be my top priority. Finally, I think feel fully aligned with your image and values.

"I enjoy being around different types of people. I am quite easy going I suppose I work well with anyone and my attitude is "anything goes". and I always like to challenge myself to improve at everything I do.
I take charge and head work up when from the front matters. I will be more diligent if I take a good suggestion."
