I'm a Senior Lecturer at the University of Melbourne. Our research team builds prototypes of tools to make developers more productive and increase code quality, such as auto-complete interfaces for code snippets and bots that help explain compiler error messages. We make most of our projects available as open source, but we often lack the resources to maintain the projects after students graduate. That's what we'll use sponsorship money for :)
