I am a game modder who is primarily working for Grand Theft Auto V.
I am the maintainer of ScriptHookVDotNet (SHVDN) for Grand Theft Auto V assigned by crosire, who created the SHVDN repo. Here is the official statement of my assignment. I have created some smaller script mods in 3D Era games of GTA as well. Maybe I would do some work for RDR2 in the future.
