I'm a PhD candidate working at Canada's Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre, where I focus my efforts on untangling genetic interaction networks in cancer cell lines.

I spend my free time teaching and developing lessons for The Carpentries and RStudio, and organize community events for Vancouver RLadies and Vancouver DataJam, which are volunteer positions.

Your sponsorship will go towards that extra cup of coffee I need to push through my day or a snack to sweeten a good day's work. Perhaps, it will also go to buying my little pup Olie an extra squeaky ball to entertain him, while I am coding away.
