Docker GC required fakeroot for building

Please add to readme following:

apt-get install fakeroot

without it I got:

debuild -us -uc -b
 dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -us -uc -ui -b
dpkg-buildpackage: warning: using a gain-root-command while being root
dpkg-buildpackage: error: gain-root-command 'fakeroot' not found
debuild: fatal error at line 1152:
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -us -uc -ui -b failed
