RulerPlugin not Found #16
Comments
Thanks for reporting this issue! It sounds quite weird, seems like Gradle correctly picks up the plugin descriptor, but for some reason can't find the plugin class. To rule out some possible causes, could you clarify which Java, Gradle and Android Gradle Plugin versions you are using? Ruler currently supports Java 11+, Gradle 7.0+ and Android Gradle Plugin 7.0.0+. Do you see this issue in Android Studio or also when you execute a Gradle task via the command line? |
Thanks for replying. Yes I have upgrade my gradle as well as shifted to jdk 11 now it throw following exception in terminal.
Please guide. |
currently i am using android gradle plugin 7.0.0 and gradle version 7.0.2 and jdk 11 in my project |
Looks like Gradle is still using Java 8, not 11. If you don't want to override your systems default JDK version, you should be able to specify |
Thanks @simonschiller Its working now i can see full coverage |
Awesome! I also added a note about compatibility in the README for the future. |
