Always use the spinner, not progress bar, when paging in KWIC even though multiple corpora is used.

Currently if multiple corpora are selected and page is changed, the progress bar is shown in the tab, although I think that since the request is cached / query_data is used, the backend will not give so many progress events. Also we already have the total number of hits, so only the page data is interesting.
