It would be nice to be able to search all documentation from the portal.

Some things to think about:

Registered oas files need to be indexed on update (e.g. with an organisation webhook, see Use organization webhook for updates #1 )
OAS files can come in two different formats (yaml/json) and need to be converted before indexing them.
Links to the html documentation can be generated with anchors.
