Documentation improvement for version release

The below link provides information about the different versions of Spring Release. It has covered most of the versions however, it doesn't mention about a version like currently there are different versions available for GA e.g

• 2.4.5
• 2.3.10.RELEASE
  Here 2.4.5 is not clear when this should be used instead of a .RELEASE version.
  Please update the documentation to provide more details about this.
