We need to refactor the core of SC-Contract to allow easier plugability. It would be great to allow easy conversion from STH to DSL and the other way round. Ideally it would be great just to add a dependency with a new converter and it would work OOB.

The same should be done for Test generation and Stub generation.

Related to #136 and #129 and #96
