Some links on docs.spring.io are not working

Describe the bug

links related to WireMock on docs.spring.io are not working.

1. https://docs.spring.io/spring-cloud-contract/reference/project-features-wiremock.html

2. https://docs.spring.io/spring-cloud-contract/reference/howto/how-to-common-repo-with-contracts.html

The reason is {github-tag} attribute is docs-build.

I don't know how to properly resolve it, so I just report an issue!
