Currently when a user launches a Partitioned Batch Application that is Boot 3 / Batch 5 the batch and task table prefix names are not passed to the partitioned apps. This causes the partitioned apps to fail because they are using the incorrect tables to record execution information.

Using local deployer with Spring Cloud Task's Partitioned-Batch sample 3.x and using Spring Cloud Data Flow's default settings for launching task applications there was no issue. Need more information to replicate the scenari.
