Link to HAL (http://stateless.co/hal_specification.html) returns a 404.
Link is in the following sentence: "This entire document is formatted using HAL."

@mlvandijk Are you still getting a 404 for this link? It works for me now.

I checked the link again and it seems to be working fine. Perhaps there was an outage for the site when the issue and PR were created, but it seems to be fixed.
I'll close this issue since it seems to have been stable for the past month. If the link breaks again we can open another issue.
