Move older documentation to new location

We would like our new documentation to be at https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/ but we don't want to accidentally clobber the old docs. We should move the existing docs folder elsewhere and setup HTTPD rules so that https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/docs links continue to work.
