Would it make sense to add a feature like https://github.com/aharin/inproctester to Spring Boot? I.e. add some support for HtmlUnit, WebDriver or maybe Selenium?

We have some stories in tracker for that, so there is definitely a plan, but I'm not sure we'll get round to it for 0.5.0 unless someone wants to help out. The problem I had when I looked at it was there didn't seem to be an obvious opinionated best choice of tool. Maybe inproctester is a good starting point.

We're cleaning out the issue tracker and closing issues that we've not seen much demand to fix. Feel free to comment with additional justifications if you feel that this one should not have been closed.

We have added support for WebDriver and Selenium. It looks like the referenced project isn't maintained anymore.
