Chris Beams opened SPR-6158 and commented

Migrate @ImportXml from JavaConfig to core. This is important as it provides easy access to namespace-related functionality not (yet) supported directly by the @Configuration approach. With @ImportXml, users can still maintain a "java-centric" configuration approach, leaning on XML when necessary.
