If bean factory has an Aspect which pointcuts on @Configuration class, it fails to create beans properly.

The discussion in the PR indicates "pointcut expression was matching your aspect code causing (or attempting to cause) unintended proxying", so I think this outdated issue is not valid. I will close the PR as well.
