It was never necessary for SpEL's OptimalPropertyAccessor to be public.

Instead, clients should interact with OptimalPropertyAccessor exclusively via the CompilablePropertyAccessor API.

In light of that, we should make SpEL's OptimalPropertyAccessor private in 6.2.
