Move @ManagedMetric annotation to Spring JMX [SPR-5256]

Move @ManagedMetric from AMS 2.0 M1 to Spring JMX. This includes changes to the MBeanExporter and/or supporting classes to ensure that the proper descriptor values are added to the generated ModelMBeans, as needed for AMS auto-discovery. See Managing Custom Components with AMS.html in AMS documentation. Source code for existing annotation, supporting enums, and AMS' MBeanExporter extension can be found in AMS SVN repo. I will also be happy to attach these files if you'd like.
