Scott Andrews opened SPR-5299 and commented

The TLDs for Spring Web Servlet must be located under META-INF in the compiled JAR. The TLDs are currently located at org/springframework/web/servlet/tags/spring.tld and org/springframework/web/servlet/tags/form/spring-form.tld.

The TLD files will not be automatically discovered unless they are located under META-INF.

Moved spring.tld and spring-form.tld under /src/main/resources/META-INF so they can be automatically discovered by the servlet container.
