perhaps a bot should do it, but then it would miss e.g. traffic volumes

Traffic volumes, client lobby type, compat flag presence (plus the existing command counts done in protocol.py).

Essentially, data that helps when deciding to make a new lobby protocol release, + #273

Only part left is where/how to output these stats (flag counts, cmd counts)
