Add menu item that renames or clones the currently open SpriteBuilder project #1159

Renaming a SpriteBuilder project from within SB currently isn't possible. A couple manual steps are necessary, with possibility for something to go wrong.

+1 Thinking exactly the same thing last night, be good for sample projects / tutorials so user can rename project and go.

Reminder for implementation: test renamed project with cocos2d update process to ensure it is working fine after renaming a project. In reference to: http://forum.spritebuilder.com/t/cocos2d-automatic-update-failed/2374
