Disconnecting Vertex permanently deletes all the existing Vertex tax rates.
To disconnect the Vertex app from your store, do the following
- In your store's Back Office, go to Apps > Catalog.
- Click Vertex.
- On the Vertex app details page, next to the Configure button, hold the pointer over
and click Disconnect.
- In the message that appears, click Disconnect. This removes the Vertex configurations from your store.
